Low Battery Alert

When the battery gets low, InkJoy Frame shows a reminder near the bottom of the screen.

This page explains what to do after that prompt appears.

What to do

1. Charge the frame as soon as possible.
2. Check the current battery level on the device page in the APP.
3. After the battery rises above 5%, refresh the image once more.

When the prompt disappears

Once the battery level is above 5%, the low-battery prompt disappears after the next image refresh finishes.

Notes

• A low-battery prompt does not always mean the frame will shut down immediately, but charging soon is strongly recommended.
• When the battery gets very low, the indicator lights may also provide extra warnings.
• If you also need other device-status or settings entry points, return to Frame Management.
